DMD-based single-pixel off-axis interferometry for wavefront reconstruction of a biological sample

چکیده
Single-pixel detecting is suitable for wavefront reconstruction in some special wavelengths where array detectors are immature or even unavailable and/or under low light conditions. However, most of the demonstrations generally realized by multi-step phase-shifting interferometry with a liquid crystal spatial modulator (LC-SLM) that has slow modulation speed, which limits thus restricting practical applications technique. Here, we propose to use digital-micromirror-device-(DMD)-based single-pixel off-axis common-path (SOCI) faster reconstruction. The method utilizes passive detection based on DMD realize SOCI accelerating As compared LC-SLM-based techniques, since speed hundreds times than LC-SLM, DMD-based accelerates several folds further, which, thus, makes final three orders magnitude faster. effectiveness and advantages our experimentally demonstrated quantitatively reconstructing amplitude phase images biological sample.
